  4. Sometime Employee, more than 5 years

    Pros

Paid time off -three weeks for hourly employees Unlimited for Salary

    Cons

I worked here for 7/8 years. The get-go year was honestly peachy. However, the experience quickly went downhill. The surround hither is completely toxic. The men and women gossip more middle schoolers. If you demand an internship for college, this is the place to become to larn some quick skills and gain something to put on your resume. After receiving a "promotion", I was told past management I would non be receiving a pay increment considering I demand to be grateful for the opportunity. I was trunk shamed by direction, filed a complaint, nevertheless zippo was done. False promises of potential promotions were dangled multiple times and I was told if I wanted a promotion to another department to accept a demotion/pay cut and possibly one day they will accelerate me. I declined and pursued other departments and never avant-garde again. My terminal harbinger was after our department of 6 became a department of 2. For months I put in countless hours of overtime to see deadlines. I was proud of my work and when information technology came to review time, I anxiously anticipated a heighten. Management thanked me for my work and stated "Unfortunately since you're just an hourly paid employee, yous are not eligible for a raise." I obtained the licenses needed for possible promotions. I attended meetings and webinars to testify more initiative for farther advocacy. I was constantly told "if you practise this, you volition get this" without whatsoever follow through. The mental games direction plays to diminish the value of an hourly employee vs a salaried employee shows the lack of respect they accept for individuals. The civilization is not what is promoted.

  5. Electric current Employee, more than 1 yr

    Pros

Leadership teams go along employees informed. Opportunities to collaborate beyond multiple lines of business organization. Recognition and appreciation shown for doing a good chore. Flexible work environs.

    Cons

There are a lot of moving parts to the procedure and industry changes can go far difficult to keep upwards.

  6. Former Employee, more than 3 years

    Pros

Pay above market. Plenty of expert people work in that location. A learning experience in greed and narcissism. If y'all're a sycophant, you're a winner.

    Cons

Lack of vision, stability and continuity. Information technology's whatever sparkles brightest in that moment. Misery loves company. CEO and President project their personal misery with their choice of career onto every employee in their direct orbit. Friday Morning Meetings (FMM). The FMM is the very definition of narcissism. Total lack of awareness and significant blind spots in regards to problems with their culture. It is a culture of fearfulness that is misogynistic and hierarchical.
